At Zia Tile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we offer a 30-day return window on select items subject to a restocking fee. Please ensure all returned tiles are in their original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Verify that your return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery and that you have at least five full, unopened boxes of the same product.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific warehouse return address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your tiles on a pallet or in reinforced boxes to prevent breakage and arrange for shipping via a carrier of your choice.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the shipment for damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus a 25% restocking fee.
