How long will it take to receive my order?

In-stock tiles typically ship within 3-5 business days. For custom or handmade orders, lead times can range from 8-14 weeks depending on the specific collection and artisan availability.

Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?

Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. Because our tiles are handmade, natural variations in color and texture occur. Samples allow you to see these nuances in your own lighting environment.

What is your return policy for tile products?

We accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tile within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note that custom orders and samples are final sale and cannot be returned.

Are your tiles suitable for outdoor use?

Suitability depends on the material. Most of our cement and zellige tiles are suitable for covered outdoor areas, but we recommend checking the specific product specifications for freeze/thaw ratings if you live in a cold climate.

How do I calculate how much tile I need to order?

We recommend measuring your total square footage and adding a 15% overage for cuts, waste, and future repairs. For complex patterns or herringbone layouts, a 20% overage is suggested.

What should I do if my tile arrives damaged?

While we pack our tiles securely, breakage can occur during transit. Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival and report any damage with photos to our support team within 48 hours.
